RULES OF THUMB

• Never wear eyeshadow that is the same colour of your eyes 

- UNTRUE!  it's a matter of shade, not colour.

blue eyes -- try light blues or dark blues but not medium blues.

Brown eyes -- try light brown, or khaki

Green eyes -- try dark green, or light green, not medium green

• Brown and Neutrals look great on any skin tone and eye colour.  

If you shop, get a good collection of nice browns and neutrals.
